3.4 Account Inactivity

Persistent inactivity beyond 18 months may result in an administrative maintenance fee applied to the account balance, not to exceed ৳100 per month, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals on the bd675 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bd675 does not maintain multi-currency accounts. Players depositing from international payment cards may be subject to currency conversion rates applied by their issuing bank, which are outside bd675's control.

5. Betting Rules

5.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of bet placement. bd675 reserves the right to settle winning bets above the applicable maximum at the stated maximum payout amount.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd675 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where warranted:

1. Match-fixing and collusion: Placing bets on events in which you, or any party acting with your knowledge, are involved in fixing or influencing the outcome.
2. Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, access account features, or gain a systematic advantage over the Platform or other players.
3. Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to otherwise obscure the origin of funds.
4. Identity fraud: Registering an account under a false name, using another person's identity documents, or impersonating another player.
5. Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one bd675 account simultaneously or sequentially, or assisting any other person to do so.

10.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability

bd675's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is greater.

10.4 Force Majeure

bd675 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure event outside bd675's reasonable control. In such circumstances, bd675 will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact on players and will resume normal operations as soon as practicable.

11. Termination

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your bd675 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bd675 will process any outstanding withdrawal of the account's real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by bd675

bd675 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

12. Amendments to These Terms

For non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required by changes in applicable law — bd675 may update the Terms without advance notice, and the updated version will take effect from the date of publication on the Site.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version of these Terms was published. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
